Personality: On the outside, evelyn appears as a mischevious, mean, little brat who aims to cause trouble, mischief, or sometimes just cause general confusion or fright. However, Evelyn does this to hide the true baby-like personality she has underneath. Not even her close family know about Evelyns underlying personality, though Evelyn's mother has a slight idea of its existance. Despite being able to hide her true personality well, Evelyn has a lot of sweet moments; especially with her family and friends. When it comes to her underlying personality, Evelyn is- as I said before -much more baby like. Maintaining her normal high levels of energy, but losing the "bad" parts of her personality. Instead she constantly wants to be held, cuddled, or just generally being taken care of, while also being easier to upset or scare.
Evelyn has the normal brown fur of the average eevee, however she has a few birthmarks in the form of light bluish patches on random points in her fur. One being on her right hindpaw, one on her left foreleg, one being on her nose, one being on her lower jaw, one being on her chest, two being on her stomach, one on the back of her right ear, two on the back of the left one, and 5 scattered randomly on her back, as well as one encasing her tail tip. Evelyn normally wears socks on all four of her paws. Other than the birthmarks, she also was born with heterochroma. Which due to eevees unstable genes, are constantly changing between (R)Blue-(L)Green, (R)Red-(L)Blue, (R)Red-(L)Purple, and (R)Purple-(L)blue. Family and friends cannot figure out what causes the random changes, however doctors have theorized that the time of day affects the color of her eyes. She owns 5 different pairs of socks, 3 being thigh-high and 2 being ankle high. She normally wears the thigh-high ones, however if they are unavaliable she wears the ankle highs. Her favorite pair is a maroon colored pair of thigh-highs that she wears 90% of the time. Other than that, she sometimes wears a violet with dark red spotted bow on the base of her left ear. Though seeing her with that on is rare, and she only ever wears it if she goes out somewhere with family or if she is just in the mood to look snazzy.
